Why it matters
A supplement that is given some days does not do very much.
Every formula we make is built around daily use. The ingredients need to be given consistently to support anything at all. The most common reason a companion stops seeing a benefit is simply that the bag ran out on a Thursday and nobody noticed until the following week.
Common questions
How do I skip or cancel a delivery?
From your account, any time. You can skip a single delivery, change how often it arrives or cancel outright, without emailing anyone. There is no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee.
Can I change how often it arrives?
Yes, any time. Choose 30, 45, 60 or 90 days, and change it whenever you like. If a bag is lasting longer than you expected, move to a longer interval rather than skipping every other delivery.
Is the 20% only on the first order?
No. The discount applies to every order for as long as the subscription runs. It is not an introductory rate.
What if my companion changes weight and needs a different size?
Change the size on your existing subscription rather than starting a new one. The dosage calculator on each product page will tell you how long each bag lasts at the new weight.
What happens if my card expires?
We email you before the next order is due so you can update it. If a payment fails the subscription pauses rather than cancelling, so nothing is lost while you sort it out.
Can I add another product to an existing subscription?
Yes. Add it from your account and it ships with the next delivery, so there is one parcel rather than two.
Do you ship subscriptions to the United States?
Yes. Subscriptions work the same way in both markets.
